Membranes Galore

I had a good painting sesh today. It was a calm cool day in sunny cali. I turned off all the music and focused in on my masterpiece in the making. Its coming out very well, not quite a masterpiece. I posted a picture of it on my twitter its the only link from today. I also had alot of thoughts on what I want to do on my next painting, exploring my new skill and techniques. Im thinking about working with membranes a lot more. They are very interesting. I actually wrote down (or typed down)a bunch of thoughts on the way light flows through membranes and what not.

Me not being artsy......

All art besides I feel that this year is going to be a wonderful year for me. Im hoping to update my webpage pretty soon. nothing too fancy just maybe some ajax loaders and a lil more html 5.

what ive realized in the past months is that sometimes it is just like in the movies. not the heartful moments but the moments of hate. of stratification.

My lack of Blogging

I have not blogged in a while which kinds of upsets me. I do not think that it is because i do not have anything to say; its just that i can not put my feelings into words. My new pieces have been under some heavy influence from Greg Simpkins. They are coming out very well. I am working with large depth perseptions, but in a short space. It is looking very good. to think that a face will have a some spartial perspective to it. I also have a large piece coming out that is around 30x40 inches it is going to be framed and marvelous. Im thinking on working on white backgrounds, maybe a 2 tone, and the work will be horizontal and very busy.

On a footnote, i have some new pieces that i have yet to put online due to a loss in a camera charger. Im going to get on that soon tho. Thanks for reading and do not forget to subscribe.
