A Spark

I have been striking this match; not even a spark

I though I saw one,

But questioning my own judgment has became a hobby

and the conclusion is usually is the same

this match stick seems to be able to spark 

but it just never happens

no matter how rough nor gentile stroke is.

My stubbornness wears the stick till its bare

, and there is no choice but to throw it out.

Out of sight out of mind.

I pull out another of my liking and begin the process again

I cant tell if it will burst in flames

Unless I try.

But I wish I was working with real matches

For the outcome would be apparent. 

but sadly that is not the case.
